Refund Policies

• All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing or email to [email protected]                                                           
• Phone calls will not be accepted as withdrawal notification.
•  If the MAC cancels a program, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
• Membership fees and gift certificates are not refundable.
• Processing fees are not refundable.

Classes and Workshops

• Up to 7 days prior to class: Full refund, minus any processing fees
• 6 to 1 days prior to 1st class date: 75% refund
• After 1st class, but before the 2nd class; 50% refund for classes 4 or more weeks.    
• No refunds will be made thereafter.

Summer Camps

• Up to 3 weeks prior to the first day: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
• No refunds will be made thereafter.
